This plan gives residents the following perks at no additional charge. Students who move off campus after their two consecutive years on campus are not eligible for this plan.

Students who have lived in the Ball State Residence Halls for two consecutive years (4 semesters not including summer) and move directly into an University Apartment are eligible for the University Apartments PLUS Plan.
You’ll be near local shopping, restaurants, and popular hangouts, as well as Muncie schools. Our apartments are conveniently located on the north end of campus, along Ball State shuttle and city bus routes. You won’t have to use a lot of gas driving.
